Andrea Morgante, founder of Shiro Studio, has collaborated with D-Shape to produce the Radiolaria pavilion, a complex, free-form structure produced using the world’s largest 3D printer. Circa 2009.

Recent sculptural applications of produced by DShape technology include the Rygo, the largest North American 3D stone print. The Rygo was designed by Bathesba Grossman and produced by DShape in Pisa, Italy. The Rygo traveled thousands of miles to be displayed in Vancouver Canada. The Rygo is an excellent example of large scale sculptural work produced by some of the world’s leading artists.
