Recently at the Inside 3D Printing Conference in Santa Clara, 3DPrint had the opportunity to speak with D-Shape Enterprises CEO James Wolff, as well as sit in on his fascinating presentation. Wolff is very well respected within the 3D printing community.  He is the co-founder of Deep Space Industries, an asteroid mining and space utilities company, and is now running D-Shape Enterprises.

D-Shape CEO and Deep Space Industries Co-Founder James Wolff to Keynote Polish-American Innovation Week Conference in California

James Wolff, D-Shape CEO and Deep Space Industries Co-Founder, will be speaking before the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the Polish-American Innovation Week in California. On 16-21 November 2014, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will host the Polish-American Innovation Week (PAIW) in California. The event will be organized in cooperation with a group of Polish institutional partners (Ministry of Science and Higher Education, National Research and Development Center, Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, Polish Patent Office, Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Environment). The project is aimed at promoting Polish achievements and ideas in the area of high technology and innovation.

President Adam Kushner to Speak at the Canadian Home Builders Association’s Annual Conference

The Canadian Home Builders’ Association is the voice of Canada’s residential construction industry.

D-Shape Partners with Singularity University


D-Shape Enterprises is excited to announce a new partnership with Singularity University for the Billion by 2020 program. Furthermore, D-Shape will be presented at the closing graduation commencement ceremony. The partnership is expected to produce a feasible near-term game plan for the fabrication of refugee habitats, emergency response infrastructure, and more.

BY · AUGUST 20, 2014.  New York City architect/contractor Adam Kushner begins construction of the first ever 3D printed estate, which features a 3D printed swimming pool, 4-bedroom, 2400 square foot home, and more.  The 3D printer which will be a modified version of Enrico Dini’s D-shape printer, will, if all goes as planned, eventually be able to automatically place rebar within the 3D printed house, as it prints.
